The natural world never ceases to amaze me in it's ability to create beautiful and often symmetrical designs. This one is the result of trimming the palm branches off, close to the trunk, as they die and new ones grow up out of the center.
I love the way we, as photographers, can play with light and shadow to create a great image in our own unique style.
