Artist's Description
When folks consider long exposure in photography, they most likely think of shooting moving water to create that 'cotton candy' look in their photograph and often overlook movement in the sky.
Here, we have TECO's (Tampa Electric Company) power plant as seen from a hiking trail at the adjacent Manatee Viewing Center with it's smokestack emissions exaggerated by this long exposure shot on a windy day.
